I The Preparations

Check-in is available approximately between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time, so we can prepare every detail of your suite and welcome you personally.

If you'd like to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-in is available on request, subject to availability, and includes a small supplement. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll be happy to find the best solution together.

We're sorry, but at the moment the property does not accommodate pets. This is a choice related solely to the organization of our spaces and the management of stays, in order to guarantee everyone the most peaceful and comfortable experience possible. We hope to welcome you all the same.

Absolutely. If you'd like to organize your arrival with greater ease, you can contact us in advance and send us your travel details. Subject to availability, we'll be happy to help arrange your transfer. II The Arrival

Follaky Secret Garden is located within the historic Palazzo Giovagnoni, accessible through two entrances designed to welcome every type of arrival. Find out more.

If you're arriving by car, we recommend reaching the property from Vico Monteroduni 16. As noted, parking is not available within the park, but you can contact us in advance and we'll be happy to suggest the nearest garages and the most convenient options for your stay.

Absolutely. You can enter from Vico Monteroduni 16, drive into the courtyard and unload your luggage with ease, before heading to the parking area.

Yes, our luggage storage service is available at a cost of €10. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance, so we can organize everything for your arrival.

We are at your full disposal for any need. Each suite is equipped with quality linens, towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

Of course. You'll find complete bed linens, bath and face towels, all ready upon your arrival.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Your credentials will be in the suite at check-in.

IV The Morning

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served every morning with fresh, carefully selected products. An Italian breakfast to start your day in the best way.

If you have any allergies, intolerances or specific dietary needs, we kindly ask you to let us know before your stay. We'll be happy to take them into account when preparing your breakfast, so we can welcome you with the utmost care.

Breakfast will be available from 8:00 AM on the table in the corridor, which will be shown to you at check-in. You can then enjoy it comfortably in your room or, if you're staying in Suite Toledo, on the room's private patio. If you have any specific time requirements, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance, so we can organize accordingly.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Should you wish to stay a little longer, you can request a late check-out in advance: we'll be happy to check availability based on the property's schedule. In some cases a small supplement may apply. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
