For departures from Follaky, we can check the availability of our private driver, who can enter the park and pick you up by car inside the property before taking you to the airport or another destination. Come in from vico Monteroduni 16: in the courtyard you can unload the luggage without hurrying. You cannot, however, leave a car standing inside the park: write to us beforehand and we will point you to the nearest garages and to the best rate for the days you are staying.

At 149F there are two gates: the first on the street, usually open until late in the evening, the second onto a tunnel at the end of which stands the private lift. It costs 0.20 € and takes one single 20-cent coin: set one aside before you arrive — it is the most useful piece of advice on this page.

Yes. Storage costs 10 € per suite, is paid to the porter and has to be requested in advance. Mind when the porter is there: Monday to Friday 8:00–13:15, Saturday 8:00–11:30, Sunday closed.

Yes, and we prefer to tell you here rather than let you find out later. The shared corridor is under video surveillance, with the required signage on site and the declaration on the booking platforms. It protects both us as hosts and you as guests, because the corridor contains breakfast and some shared passages.

Both suites have hot and cold air conditioning, that is, a heat pump: there are no radiators. We write it down because it is the kind of detail better known before booking than after arriving.

No, and on this we make no exceptions. Access is reserved to the people named on the booking, and it applies to the whole property: suite, corridor, patio and park. We cannot receive visitors even briefly, not even out in the open. The reason is simple: the park is a private residential setting, inhabited by people — and it is why there is silence here. Anyone not on the booking is shown out and, in serious cases, the stay is ended.

They can be asked for: extra cleaning 30 €, change of towels 10 €. Like every additional service, they need a little notice and are subject to availability.

You can ask: late check-out costs 20 € and depends on the availability of the day, because between one guest and the next the suite has to be made ready. Ask in advance and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
