The character of Toledo
More light, more space, a patio of your own
Suite Toledo is the brighter, more Mediterranean side of Follaky. White walls, turquoise majolica and details in water tones make the space feel open and fresh, while the independent entrance and small private patio add a greater sense of autonomy to your stay.
The queen-size bed measures 200×160 cm. The private bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower and WC hand spray; the suite also includes a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, USB/USB-C sockets and heating/cooling air conditioning. On the patio, reserved exclusively for Suite Toledo guests, you will find a table and seating.
Choose Toledo if you would like more space, more light and the option of sitting outside on your own patio. The bathroom does not have a bidet: if that feature matters to you, Suite Chiaia is the better choice.

Practical information
What to know before you travel
Check-in
15:00 – 20:00Please tell us the half-hour in which you expect to arrive: ideally when you book, and in any case by the day before. We welcome you in person, and knowing when you will knock is what lets us be there.
Check-out
by 10 amIf you would like to leave your cases before check-in or after check-out, ask us a little in advance: the porter keeps them for €10 per suite, paid to him directly, within his hours — Monday to Friday 8am-1.15pm, Saturday 8-11.30am, not on Sundays. Asking in good time is how we make sure someone is there.
House rules
Guests 14+ · No pets · No smoking · Registered guests onlyWe host guests aged 14 and over only. Guests under 18 must stay accompanied by at least one responsible adult, and we cannot accept unaccompanied minors. We cannot host pets, and smoking indoors is not allowed. Access is reserved to the people named on the booking, and this applies to the whole property: suites, corridor, patio and park. We cannot receive visitors, not even briefly and not even outdoors. The park is not a space belonging to the B&B: it is the private residential park of Palazzo Giovagnoni, where people live, and it is the reason it is quiet here. Anyone not on the booking will be shown out and, in serious cases, the stay is ended.
The location
Chiaia a few steps away, a patio when you return
Follaky is set inside the private park of Palazzo Giovagnoni, in the heart of Chiaia. From Via Chiaia 149F you enter on foot via the private lift; from Vico Monteroduni 16 you can arrive more conveniently by taxi, car or with luggage.
