Parties, after-parties, shouting, loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. You are staying in a private residential setting: discretion and respect for the quiet are part of the Follaky experience.
House and park rules
Follaky allows you to stay within a private, residential and stately setting in the heart of Chiaia. Entering it also means respecting its quiet, its people and its spaces. The rules below are not intended to make the stay rigid: they protect what makes this place special for those who live here and for those we welcome.

Decorum in the shared spaces
We do not impose a dress code, but in the building, courtyards and park we ask for clothing appropriate to a stately residential setting: no bare chests, swimwear or beachwear.
Shared spaces and waste
The park and the building are not tourist areas open to the public. Move through them discreetly and respect residents, porters, staff and other guests. Empty glass bottles must not be thrown away: leave them with the breakfast items or hand them to the building porter so they can be returned to the water supplier. Plastic bottles may be disposed of normally. For other waste, use the designated bins on floor -1 of the building; if they are full, ask the porter where the rubbish should be taken.

Video surveillance
The shared corridor is monitored by signposted security systems, protecting both guests and hosts.
Who may stay
Follaky welcomes guests aged 14 and over only. Guests under 18 must stay with at least one responsible adult, and we do not accept unaccompanied minors. We are also unable to accommodate pets.
Privacy
We do not enter the suites during your stay without need, consent or an arrangement with you, save for emergencies or reasons of safety. Some technical matters, such as the electrical system, can be handled remotely.
bed Care of the suite
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any indoor space, including cigarettes, IQOS, e-cigarettes and heated-tobacco devices. Smells, residue or damage may lead to cleaning, sanitising or restoration costs.
Keys, cards and electricity
Each suite has its own keys and card. Do not swap them between the suites and do not leave them in the power slot when you go out. When the suite is empty, lights and air conditioning must be switched off.
Air conditioning
Use it only while you are in the suite, with windows and doors closed. Do not leave it running in an empty suite or with the windows open.
Care of the spaces
Treat walls, furnishings, textiles and amenities as you would in a home you care about. Please avoid resting suitcases or hard objects against the pale walls. Damage, significant stains or missing items may result in restoration costs.
Doors and security
You are responsible for closing the doors properly as you enter or leave, and the keys should be kept safe. In case of loss, damage or any problem with access, please tell us at once.

After breakfast, containers, lids and the items indicated must be put back on the table in the shared corridor, following the instructions you have received. This allows us to prepare the next day’s breakfast properly.

Check-in 15:00–20:00
Please tell us, by the day before at the latest, an arrival window of about 30 minutes, so that we can organise ourselves to welcome you in person.
If you do not tell us a time
The window assigned will be 15:00–16:00. If you do not arrive and we receive no updates, the booking may be treated as a no-show under the applicable conditions.
Arrivals outside these hours
Early check-in and late check-in must be requested and confirmed in advance. Late check-in after 20:00, where available, costs 20 €.

Check-out by 10:00
Leave the keys in the place indicated and close the doors properly. Late check-out is available on request only, subject to confirmation and availability.

Extra services are not automatic
They must be requested well in advance, approved by the property and, when they carry a cost, paid before use. A request is confirmed only after our explicit approval and, where applicable, payment.
Luggage storage
It is not automatic: it must be requested and confirmed in advance, and is available only when the porter is present. Luggage should be left closed, tidy and placed only where indicated.
