Which address should I give the taxi to reach Follaky Secret Garden?

Always give Vico Monteroduni 16, the vehicle entrance: the taxi can reach the entrance directly, with no stairs and no walking with luggage. Via Chiaia 149F is the pedestrian entrance with a private lift and cannot be reached by car.

How much is a taxi from Naples Airport to the Chiaia district?

The fare is fixed and set by the City of Naples: €28.50 from Capodichino Airport and €18.50 from Napoli Centrale, including luggage. We recommend always taking an official white taxi.

Can you drive to Via Chiaia? Where can you park?

Via Chiaia is a restricted traffic zone and parking is not permitted. Loading and unloading takes place at Vico Monteroduni 16, where a brief stop is allowed. For parking, we recommend the Alabardieri and Quick Morelli garages and the car park on the seafront. Give your licence plate directly to the chosen garage, which manages the ZTL permits.

How far is Follaky Secret Garden from the metro and the seafront?

Toledo metro station, on Line 1, is about a kilometre away, a thirteen-minute walk. Lungomare Caracciolo is about 550 metres away, a seven-minute walk. The Centrale funicular at Piazza Augusteo is 550 metres away, eight minutes on foot.

Are there stairs to access the suites?

Both suites are on the ground floor. From Via Chiaia, the park is accessed by a private lift costing €0.20. Along the internal route there are three steps with a handrail.

Can luggage be left before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, on request. The doorman can store luggage before check-in and after check-out for €10 per suite, paid directly to him. The service is available Monday–Friday 8:00–13:15 and Saturday 8:00–11:30; the doorman is not present on Sundays.

This is the pedestrian entrance directly on Via Chiaia. From the green gate, follow the internal passage to the private lift, which connects the street with the park and the courtyard of Palazzo Giovagnoni: from here, you are immediately in the elegant Naples of Chiaia.

Arriving by car is possible, but it is important to distinguish between luggage drop-off and parking.

Set your destination to Vico Monteroduni 16: you can enter the first courtyard for a brief stop to unload your luggage.

Which of the two addresses should I give the taxi driver?

For taxis, cars and luggage, always give Vico Monteroduni 16. It is the vehicle entrance and allows a brief stop in the courtyard for unloading. Via Chiaia 149F is the pedestrian entrance via private lift.

What time can I check in?

Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please let us know a 30-minute arrival window in advance. Different times are extra services and must be requested and confirmed beforehand.

Can I arrive by car and park nearby?

Yes. For unloading, enter through Vico Monteroduni 16, then continue to one of the listed garages. Quick Morelli is the garage we recommend, but you are free to choose according to availability and your needs. Both suites are on the ground floor. From Via Chiaia 149F, the park is reached by private lift, which works with a single €0.20 coin. There are still three steps, with a convenient handrail, and there is no wheelchair ramp. If you have specific mobility needs, message us before booking: we will describe the route precisely.

Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Yes, on request and subject to confirmation. Luggage storage costs €10 per suite and is available only during the doorman’s hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–13:15, Saturday 8:00–11:30, Sunday closed. Payment is made directly to the doorman.
