The character of Chiaia
Greenery beyond the glass, Naples just outside
Suite Chiaia is where the contrast between inside and outside is most striking. You are in the heart of one of Naples’ most central districts, yet the large window does not face the street: it opens onto the greenery of the historic garden of Palazzo Cellamare, the neighbouring property, bringing light, depth and a sense of quiet that is difficult to associate with the city centre.
The atmosphere is warm and intimate: olive green, pale wood, blue majolica and a 200×160 cm queen-size bed. The private bathroom has a shower cabin and bidet. The suite also includes a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, USB/USB-C sockets and heating/cooling air conditioning.
Choose Chiaia if you are looking for a more intimate suite, if having a bidet matters to you, and if you like the idea of waking up with greenery beyond the window. If you would rather have more space and a small private outdoor patio, Suite Toledo is the better fit.

Practical information
What to know before you travel
Check-in
15:00 – 20:00Please tell us the half-hour in which you expect to arrive: ideally when you book, and in any case by the day before. We welcome you in person, and knowing when you will knock is what lets us be there.
Check-out
by 10 amIf you would like to leave your cases before check-in or after check-out, ask us a little in advance: the porter keeps them for €10 per suite, paid to him directly, within his hours — Monday to Friday 8am-1.15pm, Saturday 8-11.30am, not on Sundays. Asking in good time is how we make sure someone is there.
House rules
Guests 14+ · No pets · No smoking · Registered guests onlyWe host guests aged 14 and over only. Guests under 18 must stay accompanied by at least one responsible adult, and we cannot accept unaccompanied minors. We cannot host pets, and smoking indoors is not allowed. Access is reserved to the people named on the booking, and this applies to the whole property: suites, corridor, patio and park. We cannot receive visitors, not even briefly and not even outdoors. The park is not a space belonging to the B&B: it is the private residential park of Palazzo Giovagnoni, where people live, and it is the reason it is quiet here. Anyone not on the booking will be shown out and, in serious cases, the stay is ended.
The location
Chiaia beyond the gate, quiet inside the park
Follaky is set inside the private park of Palazzo Giovagnoni, in the heart of Chiaia. From Via Chiaia 149F you enter on foot via the private lift; from Vico Monteroduni 16 you can arrive more conveniently by taxi, car or with luggage.
